Stephanie Lane: December 11, 1971 – March 31, 2006

Stephanie was one of the special people and we will miss her very much. Here is a snippet from Lara Skripitsky’s eulogy that best summarizes a life cut too short and how we can all live a little bit like Steph did.

  2. On your birthday – take the day off work and seriously celebrate
  3. Knock with gusto to announce your arrival
  4. Fill your vases with tulips and gerbera daisies
  5. Spend time with your friends – and talk to them whenever you can
  6. Say hello to strangers
  7. Dive off docks into cool, refreshing lake waters
  8. Organize parties that bring your friends together
  9. Watch a Stephanie Lane Movie of the week and bawl your eyes out without shame
  10. Do something unexpected, like buying your best friend a garbage can, just because you knows she wants one
