Today’s music pick: K-Os
Finally Atlantis: Hymns for Disco by K-Os has been released in the US and on Yahoo! Music Unlimited.
The Ballad of Noah, Black Ice – Hymn 4 Disco and Mirror in the Sky are just a few of the highlights on this record. The quality runs deep on this record as K-Os flips between old-school hip-hop, indie rock, disco, blues, soul and pop. I’ve had this record for six months now and there’s been no fatigue despite many spins. Really happy to find a new cut – “Funky Country (Drive With Her to the Yukon)” – on the US release.
